After the completion of a flight, please complete the online evaluation form found on EZTraxx. There is a series of ratings as well as short answer responses. Your input is crucial to helping us direct professional development. Please be as detailed as possible in your responses.For most flights you will also be expected to demonstrate your new skills in the classroom. This may be as simple as posting homework on the portal or creating a lesson that demonstrates your ability to use Notebook software with the SmartBoard. You may share your "project" with colleagues, point it out to administrators during a walk through, or ask one of the Technology team to observe. This is not intended to "pass/fail" your efforts but simply to make sure you are applying your knowledge in a meaningful way to help students.To evaluate an activity:
Go to EZTraxx
Click on “activity enrollment” Click on “enrollment management” A link to an evaluation form will appear in front of the activity once the activity is in session. Complete the form. Click “submit”. You do not have to do the evaluation that day; however, you must complete an evaluation to receive CEU credit. Your comments are anonymous, but the system does keep track of who has completed the evaluation, and who has not.
Staff will receive .6 CEU credit upon the completion of the 3 session flight and the submission of the online evaluation found on EZTraxx.
Staff must attend at least 2 sessions of the flight to receive partial CEU credit (.4) provided the evaluation is completed on EZTraxx.
